Time’s A Ticking! 3 questions to make sure you’re using it wisely.

My week in pics: Enjoying the beautiful Spanish landscape in the south, getting lost in the heart of the forest (still have scratches ALL over to prove it!), and participating in my first Regatta ever… stressful at times but super fun!

Happy Friday!

‘There are 24 usable hours in every day.”
One of my fave lines from Empire Records.

It’s true, there are.

And yet that doesn’t mean we need to maximize every minute of every hour, nor at the same time to watch the minutes of our day pass us by twiddling our thumbs. (Unless, of course, that is part of your meditation practice, calms you down, or gives you great pleasure.)

There are 24 usable hours in every day, that YOU get to choose how to spend. And if you don’t choose wisely, there’s an opportunity cost.

Time is our most valuable resource.
Are you spending your time on what matters most?

Watch this week’s video to learn 3 questions to ask yourself to ensure you are doing exactly that.

[video_player type=”youtube” youtube_remove_logo=”Y” style=”1″ dimensions=”560×315″ width=”560″ height=”315″ align=”center” margin_top=”0″ margin_bottom=”20″ ipad_color=”black”]aHR0cHM6Ly95b3V0dS5iZS9qaHFoSFo3bmUxbw==[/video_player]

And now I want to hear your answer to number three. As I want to be sure you are going to be doing differently as a result of spending time (pardon the pun!) watching this video!

And then SHARE this video with someone you think could benefit from watching!

Have a FAB week!
