The ONLY Message You’ll Ever Need to Hear.

MY WEEK IN PICS: Connecting with friends (and making new ones!) and learning a ton at the CAPS (Canadian Ass. of Professional Speakers) Annual Convention… and honoured to sit on a panel following a talk with the amazing Elizabeth Nyamayaro, Executive Director for UN Women, and the founder of HeForShe movement; Christmas lunching with friends…

There are some pretty important messages out there, however there is only ONE big message you’ll really ever need to hear.

It may sound like a pretty bold statement, and it’s true.

Watch today’s video to find out what that one BIG message is!

And now it’s YOUR turn.

I want to hear your answers to these two simple questions:

1. What is YOUR one big message?

2. What is one thing you can do, today, to start living it?

Let’s keep the conversation going.

Please share your message and thoughts below! And share this video with someone in your life you think could benefit.

Have a FAB week!

My message is what and how you eat and move plays the biggest role in how we feel and in our emotional, physical and spiritual health. I live this everyday (and I do need reminders) because previously food and lifestyle choices put me in ill health and food and changes in my life have gotten me out of my mess.
