My message is what and how you eat and move plays the biggest role in how we feel and in our emotional, physical and spiritual health. I live this everyday (and I do need reminders) because previously food and lifestyle choices put me in ill health and food and changes in my life have gotten me out of my mess.
You are AWESOME. That is my one big message!
